How to get a selfie at the Met? Here’s what to expect in a few minutes
The Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA) will host its annual Artist’s Walk in March 2018, as part of its “Artist’s Walk” program.
While some of the events this year will include live performance and exhibitions, others will feature artworks and events that will feature “art by the people.”
The event will be part of the Artist’s Festival, which is an annual celebration of art, creativity, and innovation.
The festival is a series of events designed to engage, educate, and inspire artists around the world, and to highlight emerging artists and their work.
This year’s event will include performances by the acclaimed New York duo Sounwave and the award-winning artist Michael Apted.
Museum curators are encouraging people to dress for the occasion, which will take place on March 11.
There will be no “official” costume requirements, but if you are interested in participating, you can find more info about the event here: http://www.museum.org/gallery/artist-walk-sounwave-museum-s-art-works-march-2018#sthash.6x1y2j9z.dpbs A photo posted by SounWave (@sounwavesmarch) on Feb 13, 2019 at 10:08am PST
